Renovations seem overdue!!! Musty room smells can be unpleasant at times!!! Maintenance response seems lacking for urgent issues, leading to frustrations!!! Inconsistent hot water could be a major inconvenience after a long day!!!

great location but minor cleanliness issues

I enjoyed the excellent location. everything I needed was nearby within walking distance. The check-in process was smooth, and the bed provided great comfort for a restful night. I also appreciated that my room had no unpleasant pet odors, which is often a concern when traveling with a dog. The city view from my room added a nice touch.

However, I noticed some areas in the bathroom could use more thorough cleaning.

i had a great stay at quality inn! the hotel is beautifully located, very quiet, and peaceful while being close to shopping and restaurants. the room was clean and well-equipped with a nice comfortable bed and pillows. the friendly staff made the experience even better, and i appreciated the fitness center. also, guests loved the outdoor pool!
